Lafourche Parish is dedicated to growing our economy by creating a welcoming community for residents, visitors, businesses, and industries. Our Grants & Economic Development Department is here to support businesses looking to expand or relocate. We offer unique resources that only Lafourche Parish can provide.

Miller, Jr. Airport features a 6,500-foot runway and 300 acres of industrial park property available for lease. Port Fourchon, at the mouth of Bayou Lafourche, offers state-of-the-art facilities on 1,300 developed acres with waterways up to 28 feet deep.
