Parish Council
Meeting Information
As per Ordinance 4044: Regular meetings of the Lafourche Parish Council will be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm in the Council Chambers of the Mathews Government Complex at 4876 Highway 1 in Mathews.
Agenda items are due to the Council Clerk’s office by 12pm noon on the Monday of the week prior to the Council Meeting.
Presentations to Parish Council
Effective immediately, all presentations, updates, or reports by outside entities will no longer be placed on Council agendas.
Any entity wishing to present shall call the Council Clerk’s Office to schedule the Council meeting date you wish to present at.
The Chairman will have a list of those entities presenting at the Council meeting and the person(s) presenting will be called up under “Presentations and/or Updates”.
Upon arrival at the Council Chambers, please inform Ms. Carleen Babin, Council Clerk, that you are present.
PLEASE NOTE: Agenda deadlines must be adhered to by all.
