ENTERGY UPDATE: 98% of Lafourche Parish will be restored by this evening (Sunday). Below is a breakdown of the biggest areas in the parish that are still out. This report does not include every home in the parish that remains out.
The below repairs give a high-level view of outages. There are still sporadic outages that our crews are working to restore today.
o Lafourche Sheriff Office facility on Highway 90 will be repaired this morning.
o Restoring power to customers in Leeville, Fourchon, and Grand Isle – about 20 outages
o Galliano: various streets affecting 50+ customers
o Cut Off: various streets affecting 100+ customers
o Valentine and Larose: We have two major reclosures we’re changing out
o Lockport:
-Barrilleaux St – 50+ customers
-Barataria St – 25+ customers
o Raceland:
-St. Louis St. – 130+ customers
-Danos St. – 110+ customers
-Hospital St. – 75+ customers
-Highway 90 – 25+ customers (using special equipment)
o Thibodaux: various sporadic outages
