The mission of the Communications Department is to provide accurate and timely press releases through all available media which aim to inform Lafourche Parish residents about government services, projects, and critical information.  We will prioritize content to increase awareness, enhance interaction, and assure transparency. Our unified brand represents a vision of innovation, service, integrity, and transparency with a mission to help provide quality public service to residents which focuses on safety, economic growth, quality neighborhoods, and improved infrastructure.
